Rise and Walk Dr Joe Dispenza

Doctors say man will never walk without surgery; Jesus says rise and walk

In this interview, Dr. Joe Dispenza describes his near-fatal accident when he was 24 years old and how four different surgeons told him he would never walk again without surgery to his back and spine. But Joe believed there was another way. Jesus says rise and walk.

Divine Intelligence

Dr. Dispenza doesn’t mention Jesus by name, but he does discuss his relationship with Divine Intelligence which many know as God the Father. He discusses listening, focus, commitment and the challenges he faced. Christians could call it the action of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ. Whatever it’s called, we all have the power to listen to the Spirit, commit to action, and be healed by God.

Purpose of Suffering

For most of us, the biggest obstacle to healing our bodies is our own beliefs about God. Too many people believe that God has some purpose for suffering that is unknown to them. In reality, there is no such mystery. Suffering is a call for change in thinking, belief and behavior.

The transformation may be necessary for the individual or the society. Individual suffering may occur to create awareness of the need for societal change. An obvious example is the plight of civilians in a war zone, where suffering is endured for the sake of societal change.

Rise and Walk

In all cases of suffering, compassion is called for. We, as believers, must focus our minds and prayers on healing so miracles will occur. Rise and walk, indeed.
